ok heres the deal p401 insufficent egr flow is the code that keeps coming up... so far i have replaced the egr valve, egr modulator, egr vacuum switching valve, and all of the rubber hosing what am i missing or is my ecu bad, from what i have read i have replaced the entire egr system. i'm at loss and need help any suggestions welcome.

I read about an egr temp sensor might be the case but i cant find one on my engine (production date 11/95 5sfe) does my engine have one and if so where is it?
