My hub is worn out and I can't find a replacement other than a $150.00 one? Is there another car I can source one from? I have a 1996 gt. I appreciate the help in advance!!!

That kind of wear part.... as painful as it is... you want it new. You can probably source one from a junk yard (i.e http://car-part.com/) but it may just delay the inevitable. Worn out hubs will just ruin your bearings faster, and those aren't cheap either. (steps off soapbox)

I just bought one from the buying and sellling section.
there are several guys parting out cars, that can get you out of trouble. I paid 40 for mine.

Thanks for the speedy response guys. I hear you on the new qatar but man I cringe at the thought of $155.00 out the door. Being that I am currently spending $250 a week in gas I really need my car back and the $155 is a bargain. Never hurts to weigh options though.
I bought an entire hub section from a junkyard for like 30 bucks. Hub works great. I did have to change the bearing though, and that was a pain.

Yeah.. both hubs on the race care were bad when we tried to press in new bearings, I found one on Ebay, brand new, open box... the other I had to buy from Toyota ($150). Then the guys at the autoshop laughed off the crappy no brand bearings I sourced from the internet, so I ended up getting Timkens.... It was a very expensive repair overall.
Do yourself a favor though, and get a good bearing (i.e. Timken) it will last longer and your hub will last longer as a result.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

$55 each shipped from an ST used. Lemme know should fit GT.
I went to Baptist geometry an ordered them already $170 with tax.
