Think its hard to find some all power GT-S doors?

Albany isn't that bad haha! if it's only surface rust, just sand it, apply primer and then oem paint...
eh it has more than surface rust and the previous owners did not care for the car =(

I hear yah on that one, the dude that owned my car previously thought he was. But only on the outside u know, cleaned the seats, washed the car.
But didnt think of getting right down into the car, where the rust it -.- Now i got gotta put up with it rolleyes.gif
My cars rusty as well on the doors, on the inside like right below the door panel.
About 2 years ago i took a dremel to it and grinded it off and sprayed a like thick rubber coating on it.
It worked pretty good, but its starting to come back, I guess I gotta give it another round.

after you grind it down use some resin then coat it, should last after that

you also want to make sure you also use a hardener mixed in with the resin or it will take a while

first

u need to took off all the rust from the door outside

unbolt the door took it a part,
(hardest is the wire)

or keep the door wired, and put it upside down on some jack
u will have to grind all the inside of the door whit the grinder until no more rust there
make large pass, for a better job
finish whit metal brush for the little hole

but dont leave any rust, and cover whit any product u want ( putty, fiberglass...)
