its a vac line, put the hoses back on and zip tie them down
Is that the one with the single wire? If so it's the coolant temp sensor. on some models there is one with a hose that determines water presure/amount; i cant see from the pic.

Does anyone know what the top blue-ish green thing is. I looking it up and the coolant temp sensor is what it connects to.
the coolant temp sensor is in the radiator. that's a vac line, trust me, i just did an engine swap not that long ago and I had to hook everything back up. coolant, vac, and wiring because i completely pulled the engine

the circled part is a TVV for emissions I believe, TVV stands for thermal vacuum valve.

its also called bi metallic valve. I broke mine during head swap there pricey to but not having one wiil cost on milage

the thermo switch is in the bottom of the radiator, stick your hand down there and search for an electrical plug and unplug it, notice your fans will be constantly on.
its an electrical plug thats plugged into a bung shaped thing thats screwed in, thats the thermo switch and thats at the bottom of the radiator
when facing the front of the car it will be just to the right of the drain bung and outlet hose
