I just realized my tail lights, license plate lights and front signal lights are not working. But i know the bulbs are good because when i alarm and disarm the alarm those lights flash. Guessing its a relay? This thing happened before and next day got fixed by it self. Now it happened again and dont know how to fix it.

make sure the integrated relay (the brownish box in your interior fuse panel) is pressed in all the way.
