It seems pretty good and if we set up BOV and turbo timer it'll last a long time if we keep boost around 8~10 which will in turn prob. provide highest torque and hp.

Need help is these specs decent enough to purchase thjs turbo?

Sounds like the turbo you suggested is Ebay spec 57 trim... Do you know what exact trim it is as there are a million variations of T3/T4. I'd go with something smaller like a second hand T25. Spool a lot quicker, make more usable power, bolts up to 7AFTE turbo manifolds. Or if you want a T3, go a 40Trim or T3 60Trim (NOT a T3/T4).
