I need help on how to remove my low beams so i can replace one . Will i need to remove the bumper? Can someone give me a little how ?

Nope, pretty sure you don't have to remove the bumper for the low beams.

yes i actualy did this last night to instal projectors bumper has to be of and i sugest some liquid wrench to spray on the bolts
You have to remove the bumper to change any of the headlights, the bottom tab is held on behind the bumper.
