would 7afe wires fit a 5sfe? when i say fit i obviously mean will the work normally?

They MIGHT work, but there is really no reason to risk it as they may be to short. I would just invest in a set designed for the 5sfe, it wont be much more.
they are different. if they work they will look funky and leave gaps = fluid build up
