my question is does that "B" mean the b+ of the cpu ? (efi main relay)

Its a 205 thing.
Its how you fool the ecu into thinking the water pump is still there after you have removed it (For the fitment of a front mount) (so not code 54).
As for what B is im not sure. If you have a wiring diagram follow it back to its source.

here you can see from the inc pump the B and the wire from b lead to inc relay and go to cds fuses 27-3
