Technical, yes it would. However, the pre 92 5sfe don't have a provision for a knock sensor, and the cams are abit different.

i have that problem, manny where would you attatch the knock sensor in this case?

There are a couple bolt holes on the back of the block that it may go into, but can't say if it will work as intended
