In Europe all ST205s are LHD, except the cars in United Kingdom and Ireland.
But nowadays here are many imported RHD ST205s, because they're less rare and a lot cheaper than LHD ST205s.

I'm sorry I just sold the tensioner and bracket for the accessory belt. And I don't have the timing belt tensioner anymore.
