get some caliper mounting brackets (with bracket bolts), a bridge bolt washer (1 missing), some brake pads, and rotors.
Sounds doable then, I'm going to ask my mechanic to see if he can help me with this first. Thanks
JG, careful with wheel clearance. See if your wheels are large enough to support a BBK first.

Im interested in gettimg the gt4.calipers because im planning on getting a 3s, but i have a question... I know there are many many threats about installing gt4 calipers into st or gt but just to summarize it really quick, what rotors you should use on the st? i know i have to trimmed down to 298mm if i get a gt4 rotor (correct me if im wrong). and what you will need.to.mount it right? Custom bracket?
And i know there is a bunch of threats about this but just want a quick anwser and dont go over all the post.. thanks

>ok to recap

I bought a set of calipers and rotors.
I bought new pads and the fit kit from toyota (supra pads/kit).
I shaved off a few mm from the mounting points on the calipers so they would be centered with the gt-four rotors.
Painted the calipers up nice and shiny.
I finally had the rotors trimmed to 300mm.

installing
Removed the old brakes and drilled out the holes on the hubs from the stock calipers.
The stock calipers bolt on the rotor (outer) side of the hub. The GT-Four calipers bolt onto the engine (inner) side of the hubs.
I used a M14-1.5 tap and bought stainless steel bolts (so they won't rust) to match (M14-1.5 x 25mm). The tap and bolts I used are a little big, I could of went with smaller ones but didn't.
I drilled out the hub holes to accept the bigger bolts and tapped them.
I widened the holes on the calipers so the new bolt would slide through.
The bolts now go through the calipers and thread into the hubs, as opposed to the stock calipers going through the hub and threading into the calipers.
Bolted them on, bled the lines, now I have GT-Four brakes up front.

some notes, I have ss braided lines but they looked a bit short, I'll probably pick up new longer ones soon, JIC.
My wheels don't have a great offset so I installed 10mm spacers (front and rear) for clearance up front.
They wouldn't have fit without them with my wheels.
For giggles I tried one of Stef's wheels (enkei rs5s IIRC) and they didn't need any spacers, they have a great offset, they cleared the calipers just fine.

so where can i get those mounting brakets for those trd calipers? i have a 6th gen gt.
