Im downloading it now and now off to school. Anyone else using this or going to use it? what do you think?

Well just got home and finished the download, I havent really explored it much yet but off the bat the login screen, home scree, and wallpapers have changed

I'm running 10.04 or 10.1 on both my laptop and other home machine. I'll wubi 11.1 onto the big rig or VM it inside 10.x to see how I like it.

i'll update to 11.10 next time i forget to boot to windows 7 and it auto loads. lol

i've been noticing several UI tweaks and the softwear market resembles that of android now. I don't use gnome enough to care about it so I am very happy =)

since i work as IT in a school district,, i have been using a terminal service program in ubuntu, but it will not show full screen, do you guys know of any that lets me resize the screen to my liking?

I use Byobu terminal, it goes full screen and is slightly transparent so I can see the page behind it

well that went well...I accidently flubbed my windows MBR with Grub when it said it couldn't install on the loopback partition. Son of a bitch, been trying to get to XP recovery console all night and morning now but none of the XP discs I have seem to get me to recovery console of course, and I had to unpack a floppy drive and cable..and floppy to get the SATA drivers. What a dumb move and big pain I've created for myself.

So, if I can't fix my windows mbr with this retail ISO i'm downloading guess who's going to see if 11.1 likes NVRAID?
