Loving the megans.
Something i've always wanted to do ever since i got my celica was tint my own windows.
Today I finally did it. Didn't turn out bad at all but that damn rear windshield if a b***h!
sides went on fine but got a little crease in the rear windshield. mad.gif

Tint is 35% all around from Northerntint.com.

looks great! thumbsup.gif

so I sneezed and my seats flew out.
and I only found 20 cents, crumbs, and a hair tie. not enough for a 3sgte. frown.gif

I'm sure I can rig up some shifter cables with the hair tie. smile.gif

UPDATE:

so I took off my spoiler. sanded and primed the riser blocks. still have to sand and prime the spoiler. I've been rocking' it spoilerless for a while. kinda like it. hahaha

anyways, >>bigger update.>>

so a month ago, I found a great deal on something that I wanted to save and surprise the members at the midwest meet but ended up not being able to make it to that meet. been keeping it under lock for a while now and since I might have to throw the celi into hibernation soon, I might as well spill it.
found a full set of 7th gen cloth seats for sale by a newcelica member that was actually pretty close by and for a very good price of $150. they got some leather ones and threw those in so these were leftovers with no rails or anything. which.... wasn't a problem for me at all since I wasn't gonna need them anyways. smile.gif

>>On to the pics!>>

side note... i really need to stop taking pics with my iPad. gotta get back to using an actual camera. hahaha

Looks great! All you need is a 7th gen steering wheel to match.
With great power (coilovers), comes great responsibility (spiderman). Aesthetics may be top of mind, but from an engineering stand point....You may be slightly lower than your ideal roll center for the best possible handling. Either way...Great work, and looking great!

thanks! smile.gif
yeah you are right, it is form over function right now but I only drive it on the weekends and it's just got a 7afe anyways. hahahah. I'm still not happy with how it is right now too so minor tweaks and more mods will definitely happen. smile.gif

Awesome! I always wanted to put the Rav4 Airbag on my Celica(haven't had any luck finding one in good condition though). Just looking at it from the pictures. It blends in quite nicely! biggrin.gif

thanks! yeah it does. You should do it. It would look nice in your celi too. Seeing as yours is a 98 and already has a 3post wheel, shouldn't be hard at all. just keep an eye out on ebay. got my airbag for $70.

installed these:

took all day. don't ask... mad.gif

but tightens up everything. cornering feels nice.
I think with this, the suspension should be set for now. (strut bars, coilovers, & endlinks)
don't think I'm gonna do sway bars as I like the ride to not be so harsh hahaha. laugh.gif
