Just bought a celica the other week, and i have found that the passenger seat only slides on the rails a couple of inches making it very difficult for anyone to get in the back that side. is this normal? the drivers seat slides forward about 3 times as far as the passenger seat, and it seemed a bit strange to me.

Is this normal for a 6g celica?

it should slide just as far as the drivers side does

Check for something stuck in the seat rails.
