Got some wild electrical issues here. After rolling the windows down the power windows suddenly stopped working, as in the next day they no longer operated. Then I found a few days later the gauges in the dash were no longer getting a signal only to find the fuse for these had blown. I replaced the fuse and it blew again. The battery seems to have a dead cell or a hell of a drain. It'll drain like over night. Also found that in some cases when you depress the brake pedal the radio will go off as in total loss of power. Getting a little frustrated here, if any one has experience it would be nice to hear from ya.

drive your car for a good 20 min. shut it off & test battery voltage. should be more than 11.6v. if so, battery is ok.
also autozone will testy your battery/alt free
but i thin you have a shorted wire somewhere.

Definately shorting to ground.
I recently made the mistake of making my own battery tie down with aluminum. Got the new battery, and the tie down didn't fit anymore. Lazy me didn't remove it, just tighten it. Well it loosened and started hitting the positive side of the battery, considering it was to the frame, it was shorting like crazy. Radio on and off, dash flickering.....
Check all those big wires, the fuses popping are doing their job. I'd find the problem before replacing many fuses, as if it shorts hard enough and you put a bigger fuse in, it has potential to damage sensitive equipment. Did you install anything new recently?
Your battery is most likely dead by now, considering how many times it sounds like its been drained down completely, and attempted to recharge. Expect to get a new one.
I load tested the battery at work today and it checks out very good, conveniently employed at a race team, so it is out of the deal. Trying to just disconnect things now. Brake lights are not it, fuse still blew for gauges.

Ok the windows don't get power because the gauge circuit is what activates the relay to give power to the window circuit. So that circuit is not the problem/ Any ideas as to why the gauge circuit would be blowing when before it acted fine. The only ideas I have are the sensors themselves (speed and water temp) or maybe the Alternator fuse (100 amp) which some have blamed before.

White wire with black tracer was the cause. Still haven't found the short just moved the stuff around and it fixed itself.
