What size did you get 16 & 20mm right?

Yea and I got the black ones. With lube they go on pretty easily. I found myself making that's what she said jokes every 5 seconds while installing them with my roommate.

Ordered a set......on an off topic, amyone try the energy suspension poly engine mount filler?
Rear sway bar for a GT is 17mm (according to my old bushing) but the 16mm do fit, as noted previously with a slight gap. I gotta say, installation was a breeze though, for 35 bucks I dont see why more people havent done this yet.
My thoughts exactly about the 7th gen short shifter.
ohhhh haha my bad.
did you end up getting these? or from Energy?

Do you have to jack up the car to replace the rear sway bar bushings?

just following up on this thread, is it confirmed the front sway bar is 18mm, for the rears i saw that 17mm is more better and 16mm is tight but will still fit.

Im guessing the fronts need 20mm bushings and best fit for rear is 17mm?

Yup. 16 is a tight fit. If you can reuse the brackets on the rear...one side is longer than the other and itll, make it easier. Not saying you cant use the ones that come with them. I had a hard time getting bolts to thread in, then again it coulda just been me.
I just put in the 16mm on the rear, with the bracket that came from energy suspension.
Didn't have a problem getting the bolts to thread in.
But I did break a bolt removing the driver side, so its still only half done lol

did the ES bushings change the feel from a daily driver perspective?

I wasn't able to finish installing them yet.
I broke a bolt on the stock bracket. the head broke off so i have to get it drilled out.
Sway bar is currently just unhooked from endlinks, but ll report back when its all complete.

has anyone confirmed the size of the rear ST sway bar? I think I need to get rear sway bar bushings...
PROPER SIZES for a GT (ST204): 20mm front, 17mm rear.

16mm rear will fit, but it's not the right bushing.

I believe the 16mm rear bar is on the ST (AT200).

16 it is for me then (AT200), thank you Syaoran... hopefully this will get rid of the dead strut sound I'm getting after I just replaced my struts and springs!

You could always measure with something like a Crescent Wrench next to where the bushing is, if you don't have a caliper to measure.

What year is yours? Mine only fit a 17mm wrench right next to the bushing, and I have a '94. Everyone who's put in poly sway bar bushings that has used 16mm bushings has said that there's a slight gap after tightening, which indicates that the bushing is too small.

My black 94 gt and my yellow parts car both have 16mm bushings on the rear sway bar
My GT is a 94. It never had a gap on the bushing. :\

you guys have 20mm front??? what the hell!!! why is it smaller on my st205?? i bought 20mm for the front and there was a 2mm gap either side of the bar, meaning my front bar is about 16mm ..... makes no sense... ?
