Ok so i've been researching a bit for gen2 3sgte rebuild kits since i motor is knocking now(i think its the rod bearing). And the only place see with a rebuilt kit is from: http://www.racetep.com/xmasspecials.html#toy . What you guys think of this? Or should i look at a different route? Maybe stroker kit? HP goal is 350+whp and i have enough to get at least two kits. Let me know your thoughts as im not too familiar with rebuilding engines. I will be having a local shop do all the work.

i have never heard of this place, but thats a pretty good price. if you have a rod knock, be prepared to turn your crankshaft and replace that rod.
