Very cool and all, certainly interesting. The key problem though, you have to register. Registering for that is $10. My bet: you register, and get absolutely nothing. Now, it's only ten bucks, and there's not much harm if you pay by check.. but why throw it away on a chance?

damn its a shame that skyline was sold..that thing is sick
yea, you can go to local dealer and tell them vin, and they can have new set of keys for you, those are some good deals, i would want to hot wire it first to see if it runs, but wouldnt be able to test drive
if any of you register, just let us know if it is what it says it is.
The resale on most of them won't be much because of the 'insurance claims'(aka, it's been totalled). And most states require paperwork to be filed before you can get a title.
Other than that, there are some great deals out there. I know there is a car lot in Miami that sells the same type of stuff. Most of the 'flood damage, will not start' cars would just require a new ECU, but some will need more.
I'd crap myself if I had the money to buy that 300zx TT on there. Only $5200, and 66,000 miles, on a '95. What exactly is the problem with water flooded engines, and them not starting? Like, what would you have to fix?
