Alibaba is a wholesale website so I wouldn't go as far as to say everything there is a scam though.

It's a legit website. You are dealing with Chinese manufacturers through the website. Like other says, they are not retailers, they are manufacturers waiting for bulk orders so they can hire more kids to mold them side skirts.
