I need to know if the 7afe meets up with the c52 transmission from the 5th gens or even maybe the mr2 aw11? I messed up my manual trans.

Yes, any C-series transmission will work. You won't be able to use an AW11 because the shift linkage is on the opposite side of the transmission.

c52 should work- it was in Corolla's and the Geo Prizm
