okay so i might be gettin screwed outta $300 bucks

heres the deal I purchased a downpipe and a intercooler fan from this guy

I have recieved the intercooler fan from him but have not heard a thing about the downpipe.

I have tried contacting him and he either ignores me or tells me to hold on and then never gets back to me.

Just to let you all know untill I say otherwise (like this is just a misunderstanding, etc) I would strongly recommend not dealing with this individual.

You got a TMIC fan? I got one of those too, have yet to install it.

its a coolant fan.. not sure if its actually for the intercooler or not.. got it for something else not for the intercooler

ah, i gotta lil fan sits atop the intercooler, no heat soak >>

I finally just spoke with the guy.. hes telling me that they where shipped out today and he will have a tracking number for me tommorrow >>

oh well he say 5-7 days so we will see.. he has until tomorrow to get me a tracking number or hes hearin from my lawyer

I had a problem like that once on Ebay when I was trying to sell my RC car. The guy tried to tell me that he payed me through Paypal when I didn't even have a Paypal account at the time. Then he left me negative feedback, he was a total bastard. I ended up using a third party resolver service (that cost $20) but they couldn't get a hold of him either so I got my negative feedback removed and Ebay was notified about that user. Maybe this will help you out.
