Actually, it is. ST202 is the SS-I, SS-II, and SS-III in Japan and the European GT.
The transmission by itself will be hard to find- you'll likely have to watch the BEAMS Parts Swap and wait for someone to part out a Redtop (not likely to happen anytime soon) or watch Yahoo Auctions Japan, then bid through Nengun or bidjdm.com. I'm guessing the cost of the transmission plus shipping will equal or exceed the cost of simply buying an LSD for your current transmission.

Cost is $375 shipped, that's pretty hard to beat if you aren't afraid to take your transmission apart and install it yourself. That being said, I'd rather have the Toyota factory LSD.
