There is some kind of a locking bolt that bolts the exhaust on to the header. It looks like a regular 14mm pipe but with a 7mm bolt inside of it. Does anyone know how to loosen this bolt? Do i loosen the 7mm first, or will i just break it then? I cant reach the 14mm with a regular socket wrench because of the 7mm. Do i need a spesial tool?

That's not a lock bolt, that's just the exhaust stud. Lube the 14 mm nut up so it'll break free easier and get at it with a deep well socket and it'll come right off, leaving the exhaust stud in place. But be careful, because the nut is soft aluminum and will round off very easily.

That nut is not aluminum.
they're stainless steel, but get softened over time. heat them with a torch and they'll come off way easier.

yeah the studs have a hex head on them just to help put them in place. all you need is a 14MM deep socket . sometime the stud comes off with the nut. when that happens i usually just replace both
