are those plastic scuff plate from a 99?
I was told the 99 plates are differ from the 94-95....i can't put the JDM metal plates on the scuffs... any way you can confirm if the plates fit those plastic scuff?

scuffs fit a 97, that all can tell, the driver side high beam, i dont have seals.
