Celica sunroof trimming removal - 6G Celicas Forums

Hi everyone,

I have to remove all the roof so that to reupholster it. Everything went smoothly except for one part. It's the lid, which is used to open or close sunroof. How to remove it witout removing all the sunroof system?

Yeah, you pretty much have to remove the sunroof assembly to get to it. Even then you have to be careful when you take it out. I broke one of the metal "slide tabs" (dont know what to call them), but it didnt really affect anything as far as operation.
