can some one inform me if this a a bumper or a lip, car has matching skirts and looks like rear bumper lip also, any info is a great help to identify this and what they would usually run price wise thx!

That is a prefacelift bumper with a 404 front lip molded on.

if its just lips and skirts im hoping they can come with out to much work, lil tlc a 3L2 i think they would look good on my rig

i always thought that lip was too big, but its nice if you make the mouth wider and cut into the lip size

or both cut down on the lip size and i've seen in other cars also up a bit on the crash bar side (of course you would have to think about how to deal with that exposed, cut, whatever.)

Thats a poorly molded 404. Sits higher on the pass side even :\
