I bought the Haynes Repair Manual and in my opinon it is terrible. I had a question about my brake calipers and the book was wrong. The fuse/relay box layout is also wrong for my year: '99.

Any other suggestions for a good service manual for my '99 GT?

BGB is your best bet

aka (big green book)

Celicatech.com has a digital pdf posted. Used to be free. Dunno if it still is. It's for a 95 but should work for you.
