Lower chance. The exhaust tells buyers you aren't afraid to try to make the car faster and therefore, it has been abused. Whether or not you ever actually abused the car is irrelevant. It's just how 90% of buyers will view the exhaust.

Depends on who it is. Find someone with similar tastes, shouldn't be an issue. You may want to just replace it with a 2" performance oval muffler. Will be custom, but not in the I RACE MY CAR kind of way. If seriously wanting to sell, something you might want to consider.
