All of a sudden the top on my son's convertible won't go all the way down. The motor appears to be working correctly however the top only goes down about 90%. What could be causing this?

something is getting caught or binding. check to see if the headliner plugs(they are plastic clips that push in ) or something else letting headliner get caught in the moving frame. Should not be too hard to find.
