Can someone give me a write up or even just the wiring diagrams for the power window to the interior wiring harness?

I'll make it brief. I had manual windows.
I have the doors and wiring harness for power windows. Problem is, I don't know what wires to cut and connect and what not to cut.
I figure if I just pull the wires I don't need from the connector and plug the necessity in.

Am I in over my head?
