Hi,

Just wanted to know if i really do need it for a engine swap if converting from a 97 ST 6gc? 0R do the 3sgte engine doesn't need it. Can it run without it? Thanks

No you dont need it if your ok with sticking with fwd

But you will need a. Gt trans or a v6 camry trans.
A mr2 turbo would work to with some work
