Well, after a long debate your all for the most part correct about a custom Turbo rather than paying out the tooter for burien. >> So last night I finally got my paypal account and e-bay up and running. But I have a few Q's. Im in the midst of aquirring the 3sgte exhaust manifold and talking to DG about his turbos and pretty much have a 3sgte downpipe and 3s oil pan. But after all the how to's and articles about a "do it yourselve" I only have a few questions.)
A) 2 bar Map sensor, were to find them I have yet to locate it.
B) I know the 3s catylitic converter wont match up with myGreedy SP but is it close enough to modify?
C)What size "T" connectors for the return lines, and what kind of oil lines would best be used.
Lastly when I use a MKIV intercooler, do you use custom brackets to hold it.
Im pretty excited about this, After always talking about doing it I finally have the balls to start gathering parts. Im also in a struggle to learn as much as I can about doing this myself. I dont want to hurt the car what would it cost to have it all installed. How many could work with me if I choose to do it? All valid questions I think.

check ebay for 2 bar maps, or check alltrac forums, for a 2 bar map to work, you will need bigger injectors

a custom midpipe will have to be made, but it will work out

as with the intercooler, good luck finding one from a mkiv, and if you do, its $$$.

right now im using a dsm smic mounted on the drivers side of the car as a side mount.

works great, im getting a front mount in the mail hopefully soon, i could tell you my smic which is already modded to work in a 6gc

My man, You need to send me an email. I can make you almost everything you need for your custom turbo project and you wont find a better price anywhere!! Ask Komlofske and Capncrakhed about the stuff that i have custom made for them. I even have an extra map sensor i can hook you up with for cheap. I like to make the stuff in the first place to help all you guys out .... and i get a little bit of money on the side which helps me out a little when money runs low. So if you and anyone else needs custom stuff made or are having a hard time finding parts feel free to e-mail me and I would be glad to help.
I have made:
custom high psi oil feed lines with all necessary connections
midpipes
exhaust cat back systems
intercooler piping
flanged bov piping
intercooler couplers with clamps
and lots of other stuff .......
so dont go and pay top dollar for something i can make you alot cheaper that will do the same thing for you!!!!!
