I have always been against them.... mostly because I think all of the ones I see are soo blue and just look horribly ricer, which I really hate. Since I've been watching Rentaspace's progression I'm now waiting to see how the 4.3k K HIDs turn out and I might go down that path.

Yeah, its always a battle between cool bits and keeping it clean tongue.gif

I have euro front splitters on their way, but I have been trying to hunt down some silver SSIII front splitters to go with my SSIII grill that is on its way smile.gif

Should just buy the splitter and paint it yourself. Lol. It's not that hard. It wouldn't come out perfect like the car but it'll be cheaper. I mean getting a shop to paint them will cost you just as much or more than what you spent on the splitters itself. Lol. At least in the states.

Yeah, and our paint shops are at least 50% more expensive than yours tongue.gif

The thing is though that just buying a primer and paint will cost $100, but getting splitters already silver costs no more than any other colour (they just aren't available ATM tongue.gif).

$100?

I was thinking along the lines of a $5-8USD cans of primer, paint, and clear.

I think DupliColor may actually make your colour in their Perfect Match line of products. If so doing it yourself would be a no-brainer.

XD

There is 2 big scratches on it, so it will need painting eventually, but for now it will photoshop out tongue.gif They were listed last night at $149 USD and the seller accepted my offer of $101 USD + shipping. But I keep forgetting that the Australian dollar isn't at parity anymore so it cost me like $170 here tongue.gif

Haha Box tongue.gif

Now I wish this freaking UK seller would just ship them already!!! (He has had all the parts sitting there for well over two weeks, and before that we were waiting on an order to come in for about 6 weeks!). I'm considering just buying another SSIII grill from Japan and selling the UK one if it ever turns up tongue.gif

I hate when people are like that. When I list something for sale it's packed and ready to go. Then I ship as soon as payment clears. Everyone should be more like me.

How very humble as always tongue.gif When I sell I don't box it up until after payment because I often end up selling at local pick up, but I always get my things posted within 48 weekday hours of payment being received.

It is hard to be angry at this guy since he is doing a huge favour for me, but I just want my stuff tongue.gif As it is I have already replaced my Euro front splitters before they have been sent!

Oh my! This has got to be the best looking "stock" Celica. Beautiful. The only thing I would do is drop it about an inch, inch and a half. Besides that, it's beautiful. smile.gif

Why thank you ^.^ My design goal (like Richee3's) is for OEM+ smile.gif

I was actually bidding on a set of TRD lowering springs in Japan last night, but I got outbid. Next auction coming up is for some TEIN coilovers wink.gif I don't really want to lower it, since I like being able to just throw it at driveways and speedbumps without worry, and I plan to tow with it in the future, but peer pressure is playing with my head tongue.gif

I hope not, because I inflated them all that morning. Might just look that way due to a bit of dry-steering getting the wheel in the right place?

And it'll happen one day tongue.gif

Thanks for the side pic. Now I can confirm that my TRD rear spats are for coupes. You can see how much longer mine is compared to yours on fitment. Lol.

I don't mean to be a naysayer but I still very seriously doubt that yours are for a coupe... I could be wrong though.

I'm pretty sure they're for coupes. If they were for liftbacks and was just somewhat warped. It would've shaped in since it's been mounted for a couple months now. Either way I hate how it doesn't sit perfectly like how everyone else's does. I'm going to get rid of these and buy another set. These for sure doesn't fit a liftback so it has to fit a coupe. Since these are OEM pieces and not replicas.
