So i tried to open my hatch with my key but i could remember if i was supposed to turn the key to the left or right. I turned to the left and it stayed there and hatch didnt open. Now the thing where you insert the key is stuck and doesnt move at all. And when i try pulling the plastic from the inside of the car it feels loose like is not pulling the latch. Whats wrong??
