Last week, I couldn't get somebody to cover my Saturday shift. Now that somebody is covering it, my whole crew is supposed to come in and work Sunday. By the end of the day, I've been gone 15.5 hours. It won't be fun working, driving to Chicago and back home in one day (11-12 hours, round trip) then getting back up at 5 am for another shift of work. If I can get out of working Sunday, we'll be there. It's not looking good though.
Edit: Score! I just talked to my boss. I'm off. Now to consult with my other boss, the blonde one who owns the Celica.

Once you get them in the trunk and we go on the cruise, you'll probably have to granny shift instead of double clutching like you should. Then me and the mad scientist won't have to tear the block apart to replace the piston rings you might fry.
And I demand videos of the cruise this time! NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

I've got plenty of charcoal, grilling untensils, some plates, a chair, puppy chow, and, of course, manda hog tied in the back of the wagon.
