What is wrong in this picture? - 6G Celicas Forums

Well that gauge on the dash doesn't look right. The light dimming knob looks like it's not there?
The passenger door is open.
There are two radios on top of each other.

And the most obvious; the trim around the shifter is RHD and the emergency brake is RHD

E-brake and cig lighter are RHD sided as well as JDM/Euro HVAC controls with a LHD steering column? No?

Damn posted at the same time! I didn't even notice the dimmer knob, good call ... I forget it's there 99% of the time.

Plastic under steering wheel is also JDM, no little fuse doors and an empty place for 4ws button

4WS is CRAZY rare .... i doubt that's it. I've actually been wondering if it's even worth it. Most JDM companies tried it in the 90's and dropped as fast as Vanilla Ice's record contract. In theory is sounds awesome but both Honda and Toyota started it and dropped it (Honda faster, only offering it for one year with their Prelude) so fast. Though Honda also tried a "clutchless shifting transmission" with the prelude as well ... WTF?

Sorry, didn't think about it before I posted, you were just saying that only the JDM/Euro vehicles had a spot for the 4ws button. I got confused and thought you said it was missing. This is what happens when I have too many Irish Car Bombs (mmm sooo delicious) and decide to start posting. If you guys think I like to talk when I'm SOBER ... ugh, don't even get me started.

Skyline gtr's, 300zx twin turbos, and VR4s have 4WS also.

My buddy put a HICAS (4WS) lock on his 300zx. Drifts way better now, 4WS is lame.

- there is boost gauge in the cluster (plus I see wents on the hood) = ST205
- there is automatic A/C = only JDM models

Gerald... you are true Celica enthusiast. You took you car like 6-7years ago and started changing it. You exactly knew what you want and you changed your car to the point when it is perfect. I remember you wrote about only way you can go is to buy ST205 WRC. And now you made it happen! Martin, the car is not mine but the car be going to another buyer in Montreal. I'm hoping the buyer will sign up and introduce themselves.

btw, this is the front of the car:





From my post in gt4oc.net, the red WRC i initially ordered turned out to have powertrain defects upon inspection by the exporter's mechanics, so instead the exporter offered me another gt-four that's one year newer (so no WRC frown.gif ), 40k less kms, a few other goodies installed, that was over $1.7k more in its FOB price and didn't have to pay extra! the exporter i'm dealing with has been really good smile.gif A+! anyway the car has already landed and will be picking it up on wednesday to drive it back once customs has cleared.

Meanwhile, I contacted the exporter of the vehicle who did the LHD conversion for the car above and they quoted $3000 USD for a celica. so if anyone wants to import a gt-four into canada & convert to LHD, here is their contact info: link.

winnipeg doesn't have a lot of jobs available for new graduates like me. most of them are in alberta.
but, i'm getting a 2nd interview on monday for a job position in calgary... i'm hoping it'll go well. i need to quit this POS job that i have right now.
