Are there any stickies of how to install a header on a 5S-FE. All I can find is one for 7A-FE. I know that there is a difference in the amount of O2 sensors, but do I need an extension from the bottom of the header to the cat? Or does the ebay aftermarket header fit perfectly into place.

If you get the "Ebay" header (every brand is basically the same) it is just bolt on. No need to extend anything, it will have a spot for both o2 sensors, you will probably need to replace the lower one because it's usually impossible to get out of the stock header.
Alright, so the bottom O2 sensor usually is a pain, will keep that in mind. Is there any sort of silicone that should be put on the gaskets so that there is no chance of leaks?
ive put 10,000 mile on mine with no leaks an all i did was take it out of the box an put it on
no extra stuff on the gaskets or anything

alright but there has to be some sort of silicone for the inner seal from the bottom of the header into the exhaust. That ring like seal correct?

Get an O2 sensor socket (rent from autozone) and a breaker bar. It is a pain to get out but having the right tool makes it sooo much easier.
