Anyone know the specs on stock 7a cams? Probly going to get them ground. Any suggestions for lift and duration? Would like to keep the non interference aspect so how far apart are the valves from piston at tdc?

Had to dig deep into the depths of the twin cam forums. Intake and exhaust should be about 220 and the intake lift is 8.6 and exhaust is 7.9. Now if i could just find the distance between tbc and the valve fulling extendend. Any suggestions on new cam specs
why dont you just pull the cam and find out ?
