Hey guys my name is Kai and I've have my celica for roughly 2 years now. It is my first P plate car and I love it to death.
Coming off my L's 2 years ago I was stuck in the same situation like most teens with choosing a car that suited my style.
I wanted something different and unique... first I was looking at Mazda mx6's, then Toyota Paseo's, Mitsubishi Lancers, Honda's
and the list went on and on, until I found out about the celica
. Love the shape and everything else the celica has to offer.
Here is a little bit of info with my celicas history:
After traveling 4 hours to pick it up I had decided to buy the car because it felt awesome. Couple of weeks I took it to the mechanics
only to find the engine had been completely thrashed by the previous owner...Still in love with the celica I decided to get the celicas engine
fully rebuilt. About 5 weeks past and I had finally got it back (after paying alot of $$$). To this day I am still happy I made the decision to
get it rebuilt instead of selling the car off.
I haven't done much on the performance side of things due to not having a good understanding of the car or cars in general as I'm only new
to the car scene.
On the other side I have exchanged most of the interior lights from standard to blue, just tinted the rear lights (night shade and bought brand
new Rota Grids (white) for the car, they are not on yet but will be shortly.
The car itself is in a fair good condition it has a dint on the roof, apparently from someone jumping on the car, and also has a few little stone chips due
to taking the car every were possible
and that's bout it.
Future mods include: D2 Coilovers, Respray, Body kit, Exhaust and what ever else I can find

Looks like a clean example of a 6gc. Be sure to read around the forum as much as possible. This site had taught me so much about Celicas and cars in general and I've made some great friends along the way.
