is the c-one worth it? - 6G Celicas Forums

I keep coming back to this a lot trying to figure if it's worth it.

c-one kit on ebay

What do you guys think? It's cheap enough. I only saw one c-one body kit in person and it was the light green Celica. That's not a good color for a body kit so I don't know what to think. Does anyone have a picture of it on a white celica? More specifically a white convertible celica with black/silver rims?

My main question though is how the front bumper works with a front mount intercooler, is there enough room for it or does it only have that huge mouth in the front for looks?

I'm speaking purely out of things I've read and seen, not experienced on my own.
But at that price for a "full kit" seems very iffy, but if it works then awesome.. also the kit's front bumper is really the only c-one part about it, the rest looks to be invader style parts.

And I wonder what the shipping cost for you would be, 250 shipping is for the continental US.. buying thing inline must suck for hawaiians kindasad.gif

as for the intercooler, i've seen people trim the bumper a bit for a nice fit, again not sure..

just letting you know, that seller is not selling an authentic c-one bumper and most likely a fiberglass copy. fiberglass copy = poor fitment from my experience. And the sides and rears are not even c-one to begin with...

you live in hawaii, i'm sure you can locate a tuner that can get you a legit one from japan.

x2 n the poor fitment.
You'll probably spend the same amount on the kit, as making it fit, if you pay someone to do it for you.

If you want a C-one front bumper, then buy the fiberglass copy that RT-Performance sell.

It fits 99%
