is the control module the silver box with the yellow sticker under the center console? thanks

Yeah, I've got a question about that.. I was taking off the center pieces (with the armrest), and when I pulled it up and saw the box, I was a little shocked, but proceeded carefully. However, attached to my center armrest is a wire, screwed into a little plastic piece, connected directly below where the ashtray is. On the little plastic piece is a lightbulb. After unscrewing this wire from the bottom of the armrest, you have to unclip it from a hinge to take it off..

Now I'm curious, why is there a wire to a light bulb in an area completely un-see-able to anyone in the car? Does it have something to do with the airbag, since it looks like it's coming from that sensor thing..?

the wire is ashtray relayed in some way..

the airbag ecu only uses thick wires in yellow insulation and are double cliped so they won't just pop out so i assure you it is not a sensor wire..
