I'm looking for a exhaust system, not jsut the muffler.. I want something that dosen't sound like a loud fart, like so many civics have... It sounds silly, but something that soulds like "american muscle" or something low and rumbly... not too loud tho, dont wanna piss off my neighbours!!! Any ideas? I was thinking about a 3 inch pipe, straight line cat back system...

I wouldn't say it sounds nice, but its not bad. I'm probably going to look into getting an exhaust to make it sound nicer, but only if that doesn't sacrifice what little power I have. I.E. 3" piping, you're definitly not going to want to do that on a NA 5S-FE.

My stock exhaust sounds fine from the inside, dont know about outside the car. I would love to find out what it sounds like, but will never find out cuz i aint lettin no one drive my car.
