does anyone know what else is needed when buying these like a new harness or something dont think i have heard anything about this?
DREW
doing a search on this topic will yeild 4 pages of information. just FYI. feel free to look through all that info, and i'm gonna go take a picture of the harness TYPE you'll need. just be aware there are differnet ones w/ different widths and what not...but check out those 4 pages, you'll get quite a bit of information...

and i'll get that pic after i watch the "rotating surfboard of death" on the Most Xtreme Elimination Challange show. >wink.gif>.

highbeam uses 9005 (so no change in harness)

i used the stock sidemarker 194 bulb/harness, and just lengthened the wires to reach the headlights for the accents.

where did you get the harness for the low beam?
DREW
honda. you can find check any parts place...at honda, it was a 3prong connector, w/ three wires...but you can see where i pulled out that 3rd wire >smile.gif>.

AIM==Mynzeyes
do you happen to know the full name of the connecter that you got from honda?
DREW
no. they didn't even know what it was, what it was to, or what part number it was. they just found it. just ask for a 3pronged connector, and take the little thing that holds the headlight in with you, so you can test it out... >smile.gif>

AIM==Mynzeyes
so just take the headlight into the parts dept. at honda and ask them for a connector that will fit the bulb? just checking that i heard you right on this
or jsut go to a parts store
Autozone maybe??

It looks like an H4 adapter.
I had to buy one when i did a headlight conversion on my probe.

Like $2.99 i think

Jared Harwell
autozone didn't have one that was the right width. at least, the one here didn't. everyone else (besides honda) was like, "what the hell is that, i've never seen anything like that before, bla bla bla" and woulnd't even look...lazy bastards...

Call different dealer ... you can get them just snoop around in your area for a dealer to get them for you.

I just copied the numbers from the parts database so they could be wrong. I have talked to a three dealers in my areas that can get them.

you just have to find the right guy behind the counter
