Hi all,
Hopefully some of you that have completed your 3rd gen swaps will be able to help me ID a few things. If it makes a difference I am using a caldina IM on my 3rd gen 3S.

First, I need to ID what this hose goes to and what it does:

Where it is connected to the head

Next I need to ID this plug

And finally my mechanic wants to know what to use these for

And just to show my progress thus far:

Thanks!

Almost forgot, How did you connect your dizzy to the coil? The wire is no where near long enough. I'm using brand new Toyota wires...
my 205 has 2 water pipes going to the TB then I cant really understand much of the other pics

What I think when you think I care
1. that hose your holding is the drain pipe on the factory st205 oil catch can (bottom nipple on black plastic container in pic)

2. that blue plug is the for the st205 turbo-vsv (solenoid in pic, bolts to bottom of st205 manifold)

3. got no idea, never had an st215

The vacuum ports can be pretty much anything, those ports your pointing to, on an st205 there is

Left side - brake booster, PCV port (ID6mm/OD8mm), Fuel reg (ID2mm/OD3mm)

Middle, back - Power steering idleup ID4mm/OD6mm

Middle, front - Map sensor port

Right side - Aircon idleup connects to pressurised port on IC ID6mm/OD8mm, BOV port ID4mm/OD6mm

Throttle body ISCV - Idle port ID12mm, 2x coolant ports (ID6mm/OD8mm)

Top of throttle body - 2x charcoal cannister ports

Are you planning to use the stock st205 ecu?

wondering how the plenum volume and runners compare to st205

Thanks for the reply. I will be running a c-one ecu.
Here's some hint for the intake manifold ports :

The port #1 is the Idle Air Control Valve inlet. It should be connected with a hose to the air intake (somewhere between your air filter and the turbo compressor inlet).

The ports #2 are the coolant routing for the throttle body. It keeps the throttle plate from freezing under very cold condition by passing some hotter than ambient coolant around the throttle body. If you live in a hot climate and never see less than -20°C, you can keep them unplugged. Be sure to plug the corresponding nipples on the coolant pipes.

The port #3 was originally connected to the BOV. It's how I'm using it currently.

In your picture #5, you are pointing at the PCV valve intake manifold nipple. It should connect to the Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve (PCV valve) that is located on the top of your valvecover.
