What's their difference, does it mean if I gonna install it, the shifter will be shorter and quicker when I drive my car than the factory shifter??

the TRD quickshift kit basically replaces the entire shifter assembly. If I remember right if reduces your throws by 40%. It won't neccesarily make your shifts quicker. The quickness depends on the type of driver you are, but if you master the kit then you should be able to push through the gears a little faster.
