hey guys, i'm just parting out my 5sfe. i am now in the middle of my 3sgte swap, so none of this stuff is useful to me. i am selling my injen intake (short), and my nology powercore together. the intake has a heat shield and may need a new filter, not sure. it's in good condition, taken care of. i'll send it with all clamps and hoses. the power core is in good condition also, i'll send instructions for install. Both of these, for $145. shipping not included. will post other items later, heads, valve cover, and block. now i have pics!

how much for just the power core.... will it fit my engine?

i don't know if it will fit a 7afe. i thought it would sell them together to give someone the opportunity to upgrade their stock engine. by the way, the power core amplifies the spark put out by the distributor to the plugs. thus, increasing hp by better combustion.

how big is it... how do u mount it?

it's about the size of a cell phone, i would say about 2 by 3 inches. it has 1 hole at each corner, you can fasten it with screws, or with a high temp adhesive. i have it mounted with screws on the firewall. it has 2 wires, a positive and negative, that mount inside the distributor on the coil.

did u notice much of a gain? did u upgrade ur wires as well?

i installed the core and intake at the same time, so i did notice a little kick in the pants. but i am not sure how much of that was due to the core itself.

i tell you what, seeing as how there have been some intrest with little feedback, looks like i'm not going to sell this for this amount. so i'll drop it to $125, for both. i paid close to $300 for these things, this is a really good deal. let me know guys.

well, i kinda wanted to sell these together, it will be pretty difficult to sell them separately. i tell you what, i'll try to sell them together for a few more days and give some of the others a chance to buy. if no luck then i'll think about it.

yea take your time and if you find another buyer thats cool cuz it will a week or two for I can afford it.. already dropped over 2k this month on the celi and that kinda hurt!
