can i get a 96-99 or whatever year bumper to fit on a 94-95 car without any modification? like a direct bolt on? thanks...

Yes, they are perfect with no modifications..that is if your car hasnt been wrecked..wont directly bolt on if car was damaged in front

just bringing this back up for one more question... can i just buy a bumper cover from a junkyard and put that on, or do i need the whole assembly?

you probably need the bumper cover and the foam behind it, everything else should be fine, dont forget the turn signals.

the 96+ front come with factory fogs if im wrong???right?

I believe it's standard on GT's for 96+, and optional for ST's 96+.
