Really sobering news to receive on a Sunday. My prayers and condolences to his family. Tom's presence will be missed here - not to mention in his community.

Has no more Celicas
This kind of hit me hard.......never knew the guy, but sobered by the loss of a young life. I hope his circumstances weren't menacing and that he went peacefully...RIP man, you and your contribution to this community will not be forgotten.

His family is keeping the circumstances private for the time being.

Tom was a great guy that we were blessed to have met and he will be missed both here and at the Midwest meets.

Rest well Tom.

I didn't know him well, only met him twice I think but he seemed like a really cool guy. I was looking forward to grilling some dogs and burgers on his turbo manifold.
