Okay, so when I purchased my GT-Four back in March, the old owner gave me a bunch of factory and aftermarket parts. One of the parts he gave me is something I have no clue what it is. Anyone have any ideas? (see pics below)

It's an HKS part, with vacuum lines running off it, and a electrical plug.
It has a number on the back: NV14951. A value quote would be great too.

Any input appreciated! And if it's something someone needs, I can probably sell it.

I'm guessing it's a boost controller solenoid

I posted the same question over at the alltrac.net forums, someone told me it was an electronic boost controller. I figured it was but wasn't sure, and couldn't find any info on it. Anyway, thanks for info!
